The institute has a well-furnished computer laboratory with over fifty (50) computers. All these are connected to the institution’s Local Area Network (LAN), which in turn is connected to the world wide web (www), the internet. Therefore, all computers in the computer laboratory are connected to the internet. Moreover, the institute is in the process of constructing more laboratories and purchasing more computer equipment.
The institute is focused on quality skills training, research and innovation, with a bias on computing, technology and information science. As such, computer laboratories are a very critical tool and facility which we leverage to better achieve our aspirations. This explains why the institute is dedicated to putting in place well-furnished state-of-the-art computer laboratories at all our campuses.
The nature of the courses we offer together with the high quality of research we conduct posses a very high demand for computers and the internet. It’s for that reason that the institute is continuously expanding its computer laboratories. The goal is to have at least 3 well-furnished state-of-the-art labs, with each housing over five hundred (500) computers. And with determination, this we shall achieve.
